You are enough, As You Are.

Welcome

Hello! I’m Shannon O’Brien. It is truly an honor to connect with you. I value community, connection, joy and play. I use a lens of curiosity and openness with a focus on fostering your inner wisdom

You are the expert in your own body. Whether you are working on improving overall health, changing behaviors, navigating life adjustments, or need help with mental health or substance use challenges, I am here to listen and support you on your journey.

Yoga & Yoga Therapy

Come enjoy a class focused on the connection of your mind, body and spirit through movement, or book a 1-1 customized Yoga Therapy Session.

Yoga therapy is a holistic healing art. Rather than prescribe treatments, it invites presence and awareness. Using age-old yogic approaches to deeper presence and awareness, we are able to know ourselves more fully.

No experience is necessary as I am happy to be a part of your introduction to the beautiful practice of yoga or your ongoing learning with yoga.

Counseling & Consulting

As a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide a safe and nurturing space for individuals to explore their emotions, confront challenges, and embark on a journey of self-discovery. With a focus on empathy and understanding, I strive to empower clients to navigate life's complexities with resilience and confidence.

Shannon carries a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Master's degree in Social work at Humboldt State.

For many years, Shannon has worked with people who have experienced trauma; she completed her practicum at HAVEN, supporting survivors of domestic and sexual violence. She feels honored when people trust her enough to share their life stories and wisdom and is awed by human resilience.
